About the role
We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver critical infrastructure initiatives across Windows-first environments, storage, Linux, virtualization, and networking.
This role is ideal for someone who can own infrastructure projects end-to-end—from roadmap creation and hands-on troubleshooting to executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage an infrastructure portfolio split between maintenance (run) and new projects (change)
Build 3‑month and annual infrastructure roadmaps, translating them into monthly / bi‑weekly delivery plans
Lead and hold accountable a senior infrastructure team (Infrastructure Manager + Systems Administrators)
Drive delivery across Windows & Linux servers, storage (SAN/NAS/NetApp), virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and networking
Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of infrastructure incidents before escalation<...
