Summary This vacancy is for a GS-1412-13, TECHNICAL INFO SPEC located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, SILC BOD BUSINESS AND INFORMATION SERVICES BRANCH in NORFOLK, Virginia. Responsibilities You will serve as a TECHNICAL INFO SPEC and be responsible for implementing and managing the training, consultation and customer service programs as a direct interface between the SILCBOD-ISB and end users. This position is responsible for supporting these efforts as a senior technical ISB staff member. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team.
