Overview

The Technical Implementation Specialist sits within the Customer Implementation & Professional Services group. This role performs remote and onsite technical work to fulfill the customer contracts for product installation, Move, Add and Change (IMAC). The specialist may also be involved in sales and pre‑sales stages to verify prerequisites for an accurate contract from the technical side. Additionally, the specialist provides consultancy to other CIPS group roles regarding technical and product related questions and owns the customer technical experience during the product onboarding phase.
