The Mission: I need a Technical Scout to headhunt a 0.1% Founding Product Engineer. This isn't a LinkedIn applicant search; I need you to hunt mercenaries on X (Twitter), GitHub, and AI Discords.
The Profile to Find:
The AI-First Specialist: Must be a master of Cursor (Agent Mode), Claude Code, and v0.
The Stack: (Vercel), Supabase, and Vercel AI SDK (multi-model streaming).
The Vibe: High-velocity Founding Partner mindset. They build pro-grade UI/UX in hours, not weeks.
Your Goal:
Bring me 3–5 elite candidates capable of passing a 7-Day AI-Accelerated Sprint Test.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
