What You'll Do Site Operation Support
  • Coordinate and lead technical team on managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire Protection, and other essential building systems to ensure 100% completion of preventive and corrective maintenance within SLA.
  • Maintain and provide reports including but not limited to operation trackers, site inspection and energy consumption.
  • Support Facilities Manager by escorting vendors for all maintenance activities when the Facilities Manager is not available.
