• You don’t just understand our customers’ requirements superficially — you uncover underlying needs and develop tailored solution concepts.
• You contribute your extensive experience in implementing and enhancing Freshworks, Matrix42 and/or Xurrent solutions.
• System incidents are exciting challenges for you, which you resolve with analytical precision and innovative approaches.
• Together with your team, you set new standards for our CI/CD processes and promote the continuous exchange of knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, complemented by several years of experience in ESM/ITSM projects.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering complex service management solutions.
