Technical Engineering Specialist1

・安全、環境の向上を支援し、あらゆる予防措置を検討、実施する。

・工程及び生産設備の改善や新規導入を推進する為、製造部、プロジェクトエンジニアリング、ファシリティエンジニアリング、 QA/QC 、 SCM と協力、相談しながら最適な生産に導く。

・生産現場で行うチェンジオーバーを効率よく行うため、最適な治具を提供、システムを構築する。また、手順等の資料を作成し、製造部への指導を行う。

・生産に関わるコストを把握し、あらゆる方法で最適化し、コスト低減を行う。

・社内外から積極的に情報を取り入れ、また担当技術に関する講習会等を利用し絶えず知識を高める。

・ EHS 、品質、コスト及び生産性に係るプロセス、設備の継続的改善を果たすべく、製造技術、製造手法を検討する。

・製造部が行う ABS 活動、 TPM 活動、 KAIZEN 活動に協力する。

・その他プラントマネージャー、直属上司より指示された業務は優先順位に応じて、速やかに対応を行う。
