Technical Engineer – Windows Commercial | Japanese-Speaking Tier 2 Support
Work Location: KL Sentral
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No night shift)
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Salary Range: RM 10,000 – RM 12,000

Role Overview
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Technical Engineer (Tier 2 Support) to join our Windows Commercial Support team. This role involves providing advanced technical support for Windows-based environments, supporting customers via phone and email, and troubleshooting server, directory, and network-related issues. Comprehensive training will be provided before handling live production cases.
