TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Job Description:

. Support tender exercise through studying project requirements and prepare comprehensive planning proposals of works execution, construction sequence, and highlight project challenges and mitigating strategies.

. Liaise with suppliers & specialists to provide value engineering proposals.

. Prepare technical documents for tenders, including construction methodologies, project programme (Excel/MS Project), and method statements.

. Estimate project resource requirements including manpower, key construction equipment and machinery, etc. for costing.

. Work closely with the BIM team to coordinate 3D modeling and develop construction sequence simulations to support tenders and project planning.

. Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior or management.
