Monitor and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments. Handle L1 alerts, incidents, and service requests related to Zscaler. Perform user onboarding/offboarding and basic policy configuration. Troubleshoot access issues, internet connectivity problems, and authentication failures. Work with proxy logs, firewall logs, and Zscaler dashboards for issue analysis. Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation. Follow SOPs, ITSM processes, and meet SLA/TAT requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required.
