Job Description
- Provide on-site and remote interpretation (Mandarin English) during technical meetings, customer discussions, and project reviews.
- Translate technical documents including wire harness drawings, BOMs, process flows, work instructions, specifications, and quality documents.
- Support communication between engineering teams and Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, or headquarters.
- Assist during New Project Introduction (NPI) by supporting technical communication, documentation, and translations.
- Help engineering teams understand customer technical requirements and accurately convey them to internal production and quality teams.
- Follow up on technical issues and support cross-functional communication to ensure timely resolution.
