JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of IT or any computer related course
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience
- Willing to work under pressure with minimal supervision
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible in providing technical support
- Regular maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure & systems
- Maintenance of telecommunication setup
- Inventory and asset/equipment management
- Responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network/server administration, and resolving all IT support issues
- Regularly evaluating IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands
