Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Engineer (Telecom / VoIP) for an international company to support our telecommunications platforms and customers. This role focuses on technical support, system troubleshooting, and working closely with internal teams, vendors and carriers to ensure service stability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Medium to high technical knowledge in telecommunications (VoIP / SMS / Data)
- Assist in API-related integration support and technical troubleshooting
- Support customers on technical issues and service enquiries
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve VoIP-related issues such as call quality, routing and connectivity
- Work with carriers and vendors to investigate and resolve network issues
- Prepare basic technical documentation, call flow diagrams and troubleshooting reports
