Optimize health imaging technology as a Technical Engineer specializing in PACS systems. This remote role involves ensuring seamless operation of imaging solutions and delivering exceptional client support.
You will utilize over 2 years of IT experience to support both on-premises and cloud-based medical imaging products. Your responsibilities include monitoring performance, troubleshooting Stratus protocols, generating client reports, and conducting software installations. Occasional travel may be required to validate system performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain on-premises and cloud PACS
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Stratus protocols
• Conduct inspections and monitor system accuracy
• Generate reports detailing system performance
• Implement hardware/software configurations and quality assessments
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience required
