We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience or a strong interest i n Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm (FA), and Public Address (PA) systems. The role involves providing in-house technical support, troubleshooting system issues, conducting site visits, and assisting in new product evaluation and R&D activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote and in-house technical support fo r Fire Alarm, PA, and BMS systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in FA/PA systems
Visit project sites for technical support, system inspection, commissioning assistance, and issue resolution
