Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Engineer or Architect to support our team as the Owner's Representative. This role focuses on reviewing and coordinating design documents to ensure they are accurate, practical, and ready for construction.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Reviewing drawings to ensure alignment across all disciplines
Identifying clashes, inconsistencies, and constructability concerns
Evaluating RFIs and tracking pending technical matters
Holding consultants accountable for coordinated deliverables
Highlighting design risks and recommending practical solutions
Preparing organized reports and marked-up documents
Ideal Candidate:
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience in technical design review or coordination
Familiar with U.S. construction standards (California experience is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and clear communication
