Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, and commission automation machinery, clean room equipment, and related systems.
• Provide hands-on technical support for ASRS, AMHS, AGV, and smart factory systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation control systems and M&E equipment.
• Diagnose system faults, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Support improvement and optimization projects to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth technical operations.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, including 24/7 on-call support when required.
• Prepare technical documentation, maintenance records, and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company standards, and customer requirements.
