What You Will Do Daily:
Drive Technical Fluency Design and manage end-to-end technical learning pathways for technical roles, creating universal onboarding programs and defining baseline knowledge standards. Develop and implement an internal technical certification programs (e.g., 101, 201, 301 levels) for customer facing teams to track completion and proficiency. Assist in the curation and maintenance of playbooks for technical roles. Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Technical Leadership to conduct training needs analyses, identify skills gaps, and define clear, measurable learning objectives for new curriculum. Curate and Synthesize Content and News Consolidate and synthesize key product and technical updates and news from across the business relevant to the supported technical roles.
