Technical Editor

The Opportunity:

Edit and review modeling and simulation (M&S) technical documentation, user manuals, test plans and reports, and technical briefings. Apply advanced consulting skills and technical expertise, including industry knowledge of government M&S documentation. Work with direction on tasking and timelines, but without oversight while assisting and mentoring team members through the documentation editing and review process. 

You Have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to edit content from other contributors to ensure consistent voice, compelling and compliant messaging, and lack of spelling, typographical, and grammatical errors
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience writing, proofreading, and editing compelling technical documentation such as reports, letters, and briefing materials, or Master’s ...
