The successful candidate will lead the assessment and remediation of a large drawing estate, including the programme management of 6000 BIM drawings, while providing technical leadership for drawing standards, spatial governance and construction information management.

This role ensures information remains aligned with operational, project and asset management requirements throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme manage the remediation and improvement of approximately 6000 BIM drawings
  • Establish, maintain and continually improve drawing governance procedures, technical standards and quality assurance processes
  • Lead the assessment, classification and remediation of the technical drawing estate, implementing a structured improvement programme
