Job Description
**Overview**
Weare seeking a detail-oriented Technical Documentation & Program Support Specialist to support multiple enterprise technology initiatives. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and organizing technical and business documentation while working closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across technical and business teams, and experienced with documentation standards, testing, accessibility compliance, and Agile project support.
This position will be a fully remote with the United States position.
