About the Role:

Malaya Tech Consulting is seeking a Technical Documentation & Research Analyst who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content and support our teams with relevant, up-to-date industry research. This role is essential to bridging the gap between our technical experts and our clients—making sure documentation, proposals, manuals, and internal knowledge are accurate, insightful, and easy to understand.

As part of a remote-first team, you'll collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and stakeholders across multiple projects in the financial systems and ERP space. You'll also play a key role in supporting client training, solution documentation, and market analysis.
