Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and well-qualified candidates to join our internship program under the Knowledge Base and Technical Documentation Department.
Main Responsibilities:
Write technical documentation such as User Manuals, Training Materials, Release Notes, Product Sheets, FAQs and Lab Exercises.
Develop content in alternative media forms such as Video Tutorials and interactive software simulations to complement existing documentation.
Update existing documentation to support enhancements and bug fixes in new version updates.
Create articles in the knowledge base to enhance product knowledge.
Edit, review and proofread documentation before publication or insertion into the knowledge base.
Assist in compiling and organizing requirements and answers in Requests for Information (RFI).
Organize content in a way that is optimized for search and easy to navigate.
