Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user guides, manuals, FAQs, and online help content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts and software functionality into clear and concise documentation.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Manage documentation content using content management systems and version control tools.
• Maintain and update documentation based on product changes, enhancements, and feedback.
• Use basic graphic design and screen capture tools to create supporting visuals and illustrations.
• Follow documentation best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of content processes.
