Role Overview

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the technical management of the shipping fleet, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency across all vessels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the technical operations of the company’s fleet, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with international maritime regulations.

  • Develop and implement long-term technical strategies to enhance fleet performance, reduce operational costs, and improve energy efficiency.

  • Manage the preparation and execution of vessel maintenance schedules, including repairs, inspections, and dry‑docking activities.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, flag state, and classification society requirements, including ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, and other relevant regulations. ...
