UserWise develops and services mobile games based on globally recognized entertainment IPs; blending proven F2P systems with fast, rewarding hybrid-casual gameplay.

We're looking for a Technical Director to lead the technical execution of projects including feature development, maintenance and live operations, translating studio-level technical direction into scalable, practical implementation across teams. You will manage project architectures, pipelines, and technical direction, while mentoring engineers and collaborating deeply with design, art, product, and production to enable rapid iteration and stable builds.

This is a high-impact role for someone who will be responsible for maintaining high-stakes technology stacks and mentoring/empowering both senior and junior engineers. We value technical leaders who enable speed through clarity and simplicity rather than over-engineering solutions.
