Technical Director (Junior CIO)
A veteran Technical Leader. Someone the gets the technology and can also be a driver. Strong business acumen, ability to convey concepts, learning agility on technical platforms, a serious rudder in the water. Able to get to the nitty gritty on the technical while keeping an eye on the objectives and strategy. Mix of technical, business and program management acumen. Knows all the right questions to ask. They also need to be a very strong driver, as this is a void for us currently. Typically, an infrastructure/applications person who has had hands on leadership accountability for multiple domains e.g., Database, Data & Analytics, Authentication, Development, Applications, Integrations, Middleware.
