Responsibilities

- Technical Design Lead
  • Lead and coordinate design teams, including Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Fire, Security, ICT, and BMS/EPMS
  • Manage the full design lifecycle of data centre projects, from planning through to concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation
  • Own the design journey from early site assessments and campus planning through concept, detailed design, and construction documentation
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to clients, leading workshops, presentations, and design reviews
  • Making sure designs are technically robust, as well as practical, buildable, and aligned with programme and budget expectations
  • Collaborate closely with local delivery teams to ensure compliance with local codes, permitting, and regulatory requirements
  • Spotting risks early and working collaboratively to solve problems before they become escalated
