We are recruiting an Assistant for the Technical Department in Casablanca. Your responsibilities will include:





  • Ensure administrative follow-up of technical files (construction contracts, building permits, authorizations, etc.).

  • Write and format letters, reports, contracts, and technical documents.

  • Follow up on tenders, manage company files, and update tracking sheets.

  • Organize and file technical and administrative documents.

  • Manage relationships with service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Participate in organizing meetings and write minutes.

  • Organize directors' schedules.

  • Required skills

  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),

  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
