Write and format letters, reports, contracts, and technical documents.
Follow up on tenders, manage company files, and update tracking sheets.
Organize and file technical and administrative documents.
Manage relationships with service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Participate in organizing meetings and write minutes.
Organize directors' schedules.
Required skills
