About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Delivery & Support Engineer to manage the implementation and support of telecommunications systems. You will work closely with customers and project teams to ensure our solutions are deployed, configured, and operating smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure telecom systems (2G/3G/4G/5G networks, VoIP, wireless, mobile networks).
- Conduct site surveys, system installation, integration, and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, software, and network issues.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers.
- Monitor system performance and assist with optimizations.
- Maintain clear documentation and prepare basic technical reports.
- Collaborate with project teams, internal departments, and vendors.
