Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager – Cards Domain

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of card systems projects and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with business, technical teams, and vendors to meet delivery timelines.
  • Oversee application support, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation.
  • Support change, release, and deployment activities in the cards platform.

Required Skills

  • Experience in Cards domain systems (Cardlink).
  • Mainframe technologies: COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM.
  • Middleware & application servers: WebLogic, JBoss EAP, JBoss Web Server, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere.
  • Solid understanding of application delivery, support, and production operations.
  • Stakeholder coordination and delivery management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
