As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.

To be a successful Technical Delivery Manager, you should have experience with:

  • Previous experience in managing projects with multiple internal teams and multiple suppliers (>15 concurrent component teams).
  • Experience of delivering change within the Commercial issuing landscape with detailed knowledge of document management, debit card payment processes and TSYS delivery.
