Technical Delivery Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Analyst to lead the end-to-end technical execution of the DSS Email domain. This role is the primary technical point of contact for both the steady-state monthly deployment cycle. This person will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of complex data into FordDirect products, requiring an understanding of data flows, system interactions, and functional specifications. As a self-starter, you will plan monthly activities, set up ticketing to support, conduct initial Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on delivery anomalies and serve as the lead for triage and project coordination. You will work facilitate with development team to ensure all builds meet FDEO standards and code quality requirements.
