Required Skills:
  • Overall, 12+ years of experience as Technical Data Sr. Analyst with least 3-5 years of experience working in insurance domain.
  • Excellent understanding and creation of mapping sheets for data integration pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, Matillion, and DataStage for data processing and integration.
  • Ability to work with Data Architects and Leads to support the design and implementation of data processes.
  • Deep expertise SQL/data analysis and ensuring data integrity, data security and data quality.
  • Ability to prepare technical impact analysis or design work based on requirement and business SMEs input.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements for healthcare data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
