You will support their Business Intelligence team to ensure clean, complete, and timely service data that powers decision-making.
Why does this role exist?
This role exists to acquire, validate, and maintain mission-critical telecom and technology service data that feeds the client's BI reporting and optimization programs. By conducting proactive outreach to service providers, remediating data issues, and processing service changes, the Technical Data Analyst ensures data accuracy and continuity across systems. The outcome is reliable, actionable information that supports cost control, contract management, and service lifecycle decisions.
