What you'll do:

As a Technical Support Specialist, your key responsibility is providing technical expertise on database setup, device troubleshooting, portal configuration, and product training to resellers. You will implement solutions via phone, chat, and e‑mail, manage the return/exchange process, and elevate severe concerns to management. You will support global strategic initiatives to safeguard customer data confidentiality and collaborate with internal departments, partners, and sales representatives to resolve customer complaints.
