Job Summary


The Technical Customer Support Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.


Skills:

  • Prior working experience in Customer Service is required

  • Excellent Communication and writing skills.

  • Research and Problem Solving Skills

  • Able to troubleshoot basic issues such as login errors, website navigation, app functionality, and order processing concerns.

  • Proficient in using CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Genesys, CRM, Infosys Equinox).
  • Educational Background:


    High National Diploma or higher.
