Job Description
- Everything from the customer request to the solution concept providing (no mounting, wiring, …)
- Assist in developing customer proposals including detailed bill of materials, project proposals, etc.
- Provide technical product and concept presentations & training to customers and personal
- Identify and develop relationships with regional and national systems integrators
- Team with the company sales staff to identify, qualify and close system level product opportunities and paid technical services
- Select, test, and integrate hardware with third party hardware & software components such as robot controllers & PLC controllers, together with the customer
- Take the lead in understanding our customer's project methodologies and how the technical features of our products can benefit our customers
