Technical Support Engineer (IT)
■About our company:We are a global company, with 15 branch offices in 28 countries, over 1,300 employees worldwide, and over 600 R&D engineers.
- You will be responsible for technical support work as after-sales service for customers of our products.
- There are multiple channels for inquiries, including phone, email, and chat, but the idea is that they will be managed as tickets, and those tickets will be handled.
- Inquiries may range from simple usage instructions to detailed product specifications, and we will follow up with you until your issue is resolved.
- Depending on the content, on rare occasions we may have to escalate the issue to our headquarters, but in general we are able to resolve it within our own team and Japanese subsidiary.
