Job Description

Manpower Schweiz in Ticino, Switzerland, seeks an Order Handling Specialist to provide technical, order, and payment-related support to internal and external customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other teams to own cases and improve customer satisfaction.

You will analyze regular statistics, keep customers informed on status, and help ensure timely cash collection while supporting accounts receivable reconciliation. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
