We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong technical skills — someone who not only enjoys speaking with customers, but also understands bikes inside and out. If taking apart and rebuilding a frame feels as natural to you as riding itself, and you enjoy helping people, this is your opportunity.

Your Mission

  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealers regarding all technical questions related to mechanics and components
  • Answer questions about assembly, maintenance, compatibility, and upgrades
  • Diagnose technical issues and handle warranty claims quickly and accurately
