Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify a customer's identity from the order to mitigate fraudulent orders via email or phone.
  • General virtual assistant tasks when required, including contacting customers for stock changes, identifying price errors and bugs on the website for QA/QC, data entry for warranty (customers, serial numbers and product, etc)
  • Respond to customer emails related to technical support for gaming PCs.
  • Troubleshoot common PC issues, including no display, no POST, driver problems, Windows issues, BIOS settings, and performance concerns.
  • Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance to customers of varying experience levels.
  • Handle live chat and occasional phone support when required.
  • Assist with pre-purchase and post-purchase technical questions relating to PC components and compatibility.
  • Escalate complex technical issues with clear notes and context.
