Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Customer Service Specialist will be:

  1. Supporting customers with inquiries related to digital payment services, focusing on technical questions by phone, chat, and email.
  2. Assisting new customers with their account activation, transaction status queries, and financial requests.
  3. Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts.
  4. Ensuring high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  2. Fulltime, working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20:00 and Saturdays 10:00 - 14:00.
  3. Salary: 1500€ + performance bonus of potentially 200€ per month.
