Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Customer Service Specialist will be:
- Supporting customers with inquiries related to digital payment services, focusing on technical questions by phone, chat, and email.
- Assisting new customers with their account activation, transaction status queries, and financial requests.
- Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts.
- Ensuring high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Fulltime, working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20:00 and Saturdays 10:00 - 14:00.
- Salary: 1500€ + performance bonus of potentially 200€ per month.
