Essential Job Functions:

Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis

  • Determine effective ways to educate customers, partners, and employees on the platform aligned with product roadmap and business goals
  • Conduct interviews and learning needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements
  • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather content and define course specifications

Instructional Design & Content Development

  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles
  • Create instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, self-paced, and microlearning content
  • Develop job aids, guides, videos, simulations, infographics, and recorded materials
  • Translate complex technical and AI concepts into easy-to-understand training content
  • Use storytelling and visual design to enhance learner engagement and retention
