The Technical Coordinator supports the Technical Team by handling technical and sales documentation, client coordination, and administrative technical and sales processes to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support to Sales Engineers
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and client documentation
- Coordinate technical requirements and project details with internal departments
- Maintain and update client, sales, and project records
- Monitor order status and coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse for delivery schedules
- Handle technical sales-related reports and documentation
- Support client communications and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related technical field
- Experience in technical sales support, sales coordination, or a related role
