(Senior) Technical Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Align deliverables with vendors and SES stakeholders.
  • Mapping the business needs with the application Improvement use cases.
  • Setup, Manage and facilitate the use of test environment setup between various teams.
  • Lead technical improvement initiatives encompassing automation, troubleshooting workflows, scripting, tooling, and documentation.
  • Build a roadmap for the product in the scope the technical lead responsibility.
  • Design, Deploy Support and influence the design of Orchestration, Resource inventory and Service Assurance solution.
  • Collaborate with all the Engineering teams to help continuous improvement in the SES IT landscape.
