Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator position is based in Lapu-Lapu City. The role involves the coordination, consolidation, and timely submission of all technical documents, including material specifications, shop drawings, method statements, BIM-related documents, and quality control plans.

The Technical Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for all technical documentation, ensuring that all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Architecture and BS Civil Engineering

• Basic knowledge in MS office application

• Basic knowledge in EHS in construction industry
• Basic knowledge in cost management including planning, estimating, and accounts
