BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an Technical Coordinator to join our FM segment of the business and join our team based out of East Midlands Airport. The Technical Coordinator will provide guidance, support and deputise to ensure the delivery of service to the contract.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

You will-be responsible for the management and co-ordination of FM services required by the contract which predominantly includes M&E services and building fabric maintenance activities. The role will require the organisation and management of third-party subcontractors, as and when required to support site requirements.
