A brand-new opportunity has arisen for a technical coordinator to join a housing building business in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for establishing all private and adoptable infrastructure required to support a new residential development. This includes roads, sewers, and all essential utilities. As part of the this is critical role ensuring every development meets and exceeds customer expectations, while delivering best value for the business.
The role involves procuring, coordinating, managing, and reviewing engineering drawings, technical reports, utility designs, and site constraints to ensure each development can be delivered as intended.
