Weâre looking for a motivated and proactive Technical Coordinator to join our Thames Valley North Wastewater Operations team. This is an exciting chance to play a key role across the Cotswolds, Cherwell and Oxford areas, working predominantly in the field and closely with a supportive and experienced operations team.
As a Technical Coordinator, youâll work sideâbyâside with local Performance Managers and a diverse team of techniciansâincluding mechanical, electrical and ICA specialists. Youâll take ownership of delivering planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating both internal field teams and external contractors.
Your focus will be on ensuring our wastewater treatment sites achieve strong plant availability, meet operational KPIs and deliver excellent service for our customersâall while keeping activities within budget.
